ABOUT THE FORUM
The Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship is the premier international platform for accelerating entrepreneurial approaches to solve the world’s most pressing problems.
Each year, nearly 1,000 hand-selected delegates from the social, finance, private, and public sectors convene for three days and nights in Oxford, England. Attendees representing nearly 65 countries participate in critical debates, dedicated networking events, self-organized sessions, small group workshops, and compelling panel and plenary sessions.
Program content spans global issues that are increasingly more interconnected than ever before: water, food security, climate change, education, human rights, social equity and emerging social business models. Delegates represent each geo-political sector around the world and work together to accelerate entrepreneurial and innovative solutions to the most entrenched social issues. The Forum will connect you with remarkable leaders who are implementing real change, challenging the status quo and creating new, sustainable realities for people around the world.
The Skoll Foundation was created to pursue a vision of a sustainable, peaceful and prosperous world. Led by President and CEO Sally Osberg since 2001, the Skoll Foundation’s mission is to drive large-scale change by investing in, connecting, and celebrating social entrepreneurs and other innovators dedicated to solving the world’s most pressing problems. skoll.org
