We host an annual international conference bringing together members and supporters from across the world to discuss topics around social value and social impact.
Our 2016 conference took place in partnership with AEA at the iconic The Carter Presidential Center in Atlanta USA on October 24-26.
IMPCON 2016 was an opportunity to bring Social Value International’s global expert membership on Social Value alongside AEAs membership expertise on evaluation to promote, listen and learn from the sharing of our successes, our failures and the invaluable knowledge gained at our local levels. It is in doing so that we will all contribute to making as much positive social impact as possible on an international scale and take a huge step towards changing the way society accounts for value via the four pillars of principles, practice, people and power.
2015: Critical Mass
Held in October 2015 in partnership with Matter & Co, Critical Mass brought together over 400 people for a two day conference at the Royal Institution. The conversation ranged from social investment to corporate social innovation, all tied together under the key theme of social value and how, together, we can reach a Critical Mass to bring this conversation mainstream.
