The Social Impact Analysts Association (SIAA) and Philanthropy Ireland held a high-profile, half-day event to explore the relevance and application of impact in the Irish voluntary and philanthropic sectors. The purpose of event was to what the implications of the impact agenda are for the Irish voluntary and philanthropy communities; and what more can be done to support these sectors in the transition to reflective, evidence-based practice.
The event took place on Wednesday 23rd May 2012 in central Dublin, Ireland. This report aims to provide an overview of the presentations, discussions and learning from the evening. It also sets out a number of recommendations and follow up actions that emerged from the discussion.
