Efiko Academy and Social Value International host their flagship training “Impact Measurement: Applying the Principles of Social Value and SROI”. The leading online course will empower you with skills and tools to measure and maximise the social value and impact of your activities. In essence, you will learn to:

• Define compelling impact goals and establish a theory of change

• Identify when and how to engage stakeholders in an impact assessment

• Evaluate the materiality and quality of social and environmental outcomes with relevant impact metrics 

• Compute the Social Return On Investment (SROI) of a project and use stakeholder data for strategic decisions

• Create impact reports compliant with the Principles of Social Value and grasp how to embed a culture of impact management in an organisation

You will have access to 12h of online content, developed by Dr. Adam Richards and SVI, including bite-sized videos, interactive exercises, case studies and insights from practitioners. Moreover, you will join 5 live sessions of 2H with experienced trainer Rebecca Cain, and a group of like-minded impact professionals. During these sessions, we will deep-dive into the content, go through practical case studies and take time to answer your questions.

Live sessions take place on Thu 6th of October, Thu 13th of October, Thu 20th of October, Thu 3rd of November, Thu 17th of November. All 5 sessions are 1-3pm Australia AEDT (Melbourne). These sessions are hence suited for Asia, Australia and US West Coast. Recordings are available for learners who miss a session.
