Ben is dedicated to reducing inequality and improving the well-being of people and the planet. Dr. Adam Richards, Director of Impact
Adam is responsible for maximizing impact across SVI and our communities. He supports members to achieve their own impact goals, manages our international trainer community to enhance global learning opportunities and leads on strategic international projects to promote the Principles of Social Value. Adam is also responsible for the development of SVI's internal impact management systems.

Nicole Watson, Networks & Membership Director
Nicole is responsible for nurturing and growing SVI’s engagement across our international community and is passionate about impact networks creating systemic change. She oversees the support and growth of SVI’s Global Network and members, manages our collaboration with partners, and is responsible for our overall communication efforts.

Nzube Anioke, Community and Project Coordinator
Nzube manages our membership process, and ensures efficient processing of membership applications, renewals, and resignations. She ensures that members have access to all relevant information and member benefits and acts as a support resource for SVI members by engaging with them and addressing their inquiries.
Nzube also provides administrative support for the governance of the SVI affiliate network and assists with implementing SVI's strategic plans for the network.

Yulia Romaschenko, Technical Director
Yulia is responsible for development and application of SVI Standards and Guidance, providing technical assistance to SVI members and supporting Social Value Practitioners at all stages of their professional pathway through publications, events, training and consultations. Her role is to ensure anyone interested in applying the Principles of Social Value in practice to optimise well being and promote equality would have access to relevant information and resources and could connect and network with like-minded practitioners across the global SVI community.

Bonnie Chiu, Senior Advisor
Bonnie is the Managing Director of The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC), a global consultancy specialised in social impact measurement, impact investing and equity and inclusion strategies. TSIC has worked with close to 200 clients, including The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, British Council and UNICEF, and has worked in over 30 countries. She is a serial social entrepreneur: having founded women’s empowerment social enterprise Lensational, Diversity Forum for Inclusive Social Investment and Pathway, a new impact investment wholesaler focused on racial equity.
Bonnie is Forbes Senior Contributor writing on gender and diversity, has spoken in over 20 countries including two TEDx talks. She also serves on Boards of organisations, including Trustee at 360 Giving, and Member of the Blended Finance Investment Committee at Access – Foundation for Social Investment. She received multiple accolades for her work, named Asia21 Young Leader by Asia Society, a Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneur, and Young Achiever by the Asian Women of Achievement Awards.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Business Studies (with First Honours) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master in International Relations from the London School of Economics and a Certificate in Impact Finance Innovations Programme from Said Business School, University of Oxford. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she has also lived in Pakistan, Singapore, the United States, Denmark, Germany. She is now based in London, the United Kingdom.

Eva Kitaria, Finance and HR Manager
Eva is responsible for overseeing financial management and reporting at SVI. She works closely with the CEO and external accountants to ensure that reports are produced accurately and in a timely manner, providing a comprehensive and reliable reflection of SVI's financial position. In addition, she also oversees the Human Resources function, keeping thorough records of staff, contracts, and performance reviews, and regularly reviewing and updating company policies. With her extensive background in finance and administration, gained through previous roles in various organizations in Kenya, Eva's expertise greatly enhances financial transparency within the SVI community.

Nazifa Shikdar, Events & Marketing Coordinator
Nazifa works closely with our leadership team to manage the coordination of training courses and implement SVI’s marketing strategy. Her role covers scheduling, logistics, and post-training support, alongside overseeing social media, content generation, and marketing materials design. Before joining SVI, Nazifa contributed to projects with organizations like UNHCR and Chelsea FC. She also worked at Brunel University London, specializing in AI applications, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement. She holds a Master’s in International Business and certifications in Management and Artificial Intelligence.

Christian Narh Fiergbor, Assurance and Project Coordinator
Christian manages the SVI Accredited Practitioner community, overseeing applications, renewals, and the Accreditation Inbox. He works to enhance the practitioner experience by gathering feedback and ensuring access to relevant resources. Christian also supports the SDG Impact Standards Assurance through application processing and reporting. Collaborating with internal and external teams, he assists with project planning, implementation, and research, contributing to the development of guides, reports, and case studies.

Jo Fackler, Director of Global Affairs
Jo leads the global affairs at SVI, driving forward our work to redefine how the world accounts for social, environmental, and economic value. She spearheads the True & Fair project, ensuring that company directors can integrate sustainability directly into their financial statements. Jo also oversees our strategic communications, shaping the global narrative around impact management and social value.
Jo has a wealth of experience in impact management standards, having previously managed the Impact Management Platform, where she coordinated efforts across 19 international organisations. She has also led engagement efforts to build partnerships that advance key norms for managing impact.

Kristin Fanselow, Project Manager, Impact Valuation Hub
Kristin manages the development of the Impact Valuation Hub, a collaborative initiative hosted by Social Value International that aims to advance the use of impact valuation among private investors. She works closely with founding partners to ensure the project provides value to impact-focused investors by supporting the sharing and development of resources and skills in impact valuation. Kristin also contributes to SVI initiatives to support and strengthen the international network, drawing on her experience with Social Value Aotearoa.
Kristin’s cross-sector background includes managing capability-building projects in Kenya and Cambodia, contributing to social innovation within an indigenous Māori organisation, developing strategy in the public sector, and leading an impact consulting team in a social enterprise in New Zealand. Kristin has an MBA and extensive experience in impact management and strategy, with a strong interest in community-led approaches to systems change.

Charlotte Osterman
Charlotte is an Accredited Practitioner of Social Value and SROI with expertise in social sustainability and corporate responsibility. She previously worked as Private Sector Lead for Social Value UK, she supported private sector members on their social value journeys, providing technical expertise and tailored workshops. She’s now coming onboard to the Social Value International team to support the Capital Coalition partnership and TtT.
In terms of experience, Charlotte co-authored the accredited SROI report The Value of Giving Back, exploring the social value of the UK charity retail sector. She’s also a partner of Pax Tecum Global Consultancy, Trustee of the Infinity Branch, she is trained in SDG Impact Standards and is committed to driving positive change through sustainable development and Principles of Social Value.

Craig Foden, Social value Technical Manager
Craig is responsible for works closely with the Technical Director to ensure that SVI Standards remain relevant and effective, leading the drafting of key guidance documents and coordinating the SVI Standards Committee. His role also involves facilitating the intentional inclusion mechanisms and methodology working groups to ensure that the diverse perspectives of the SVI community are reflected in the Standards.
In addition to his work on standards, Craig oversees the ongoing development and delivery of SVI’s Assurance & Accreditation services. This includes reviewing relevant standards and processes and supporting the delivery of assurance services through partnerships with Joint Member Networks (JMNs), providing onboarding, resources, and quality control to maintain consistency across the global network.
Craig also supports the professional growth of Practitioners by contributing to SVI’s training and Professional Pathway. He assists with the design and delivery of continuous professional development sessions, ensuring alignment with SVI Standards.
