Introduction to Social Value with ACT Grupa

You are invited to join the upcoming Introduction to Social Value with ACT Grupa on Wednesday 4th December at 13:00 PM GMT / 14:00 PM CET.

Social Value International (SVI) and ACT Grupa are excited to bring this introductory session to Croatia, designed to help individuals and organizations rethink their impact measurement and management practices to optimize their social impact.

Whether you’re an advanced practitioner, aspiring changemaker, or simply curious about social value, this session welcomes everyone eager to deepen their understanding of social value and impact management.

Co-hosted by Nicole Watson, Networks Director at SVI, and Danijela Paska, Social Impact Specialist and Researcher at ACT Grupa, pioneers in advancing the social value movement in Croatia, the session will introduce participants to the global social value movement and SVI’s mission and vision. Danijela will further share how social value practices are taking root and growing within Croatia’s social enterprise sector.

Key topics include:

  • The Principles of Social Value: their purpose, application, and the SVI standards for their use,

  • The distinctions between impact management and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and

  • Why starting with impact management can be transformative for social enterprises.

Participants will be encouraged to share their perspectives on what social value means to them, creating an open dialogue for all levels of experience.
