About Patricia Pólvora: Advanced Level 3 Practitioner and Accredited Trainer in Social Value

Patricia Pólvora is a Level 3 Advanced Practitioner and an SVI Accredited Trainer, delivering training in Spanish. Based in Spain, Patricia is driven by the belief that businesses should be a force for good. Her dedication to this vision led her to found Teterum in 2013, the first B Corp tea company in Spain, and later co-found The Social Consulting Agency, which not only measures but also generates social impact by employing people with disabilities or those from marginalized backgrounds.

With fluency in five languages and professional experience across three countries, Patricia brings over 15 years of expertise in corporate social responsibility and social entrepreneurship. A passionate advocate for using social impact measurement as a tool for advancing diversity and inclusion, Patricia also teaches at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, EADA Business School, and Universidad de Abat Oliba. She frequently shares her knowledge as a speaker and educator on social responsibility, entrepreneurship, and impact measurement.

Patricia holds a degree in Business Administration, with specializations in Conscious Capitalism from ESIC Business School and the University of Barcelona. Her deep commitment to social impact is further reflected in her co-authored book, Doctor, I'm Not Going to Give Up, which delves into the challenges of living with a chronic illness. Currently, she and her team are leading the impact measurement of various social projects related to deinstitutionalization, funded by the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030, influencing decision-making in social policies.
