Unlocking Social Value Potential Workshop

  • Social Value International Bixteth Street Liverpool, England, L3 9JR United Kingdom (map)

Welcome to Unlocking Social Value Potential, a workshop designed to assist organizations and individuals in identifying their current practices and enhancing their impact management frameworks to better account for their value.

Through a series of questions and discussions in breakout rooms, participants will develop a shared understanding of social value alongside other SVI members, exploring how it can be both created and diminished through daily activities.

Facilitated by SVI, this workshop offers the opportunity to exchange insights with fellow participants on current stakeholder engagement approaches and impact measurement practices. Additionally, attendees will explore methods to enhance their impact management processes and how they can use the Social Value Principles to refine and improve their impact management strategies.

Who should join?

Tailored for impact management practitioners and organizational decision-makers, this workshop fosters a deeper comprehension of applying these principles across organizations. It will also provide information on next steps that organizations and individuals can take to develop their skills, knowledge, and practice in social value, impact management, and the practical application of the SVI framework.

This session is intended for SVI Pioneer (Organizational) Members seeking to implement social value practices throughout their organizations.

Key questions to be addressed in the workshop include:

How is social value created?

What existing measurement practices are in place?

How does social impact measurement align with global standards?

Join us for a thought-provoking session offering practical solutions and insights, whether you're an experienced social impact manager or actively working to integrate social value across your organization.

Please note: This session is exclusively open to SVI Pioneer Members and organizational members of SVI Joint Member Networks and is limited to 10 organizations & a maximum of 20 participants. It is encouraged that at least 2 individuals per organization join.
